Artist Marcelo Matere, who works on multiple incarnations of the Transformers franchise, from comics to games to package art, has updated his Facebook page with a couple more pieces of original art used on some boxes you might be holding in hand! Check out below for his take on two Platinum Edition figures: Predaking and Grimlock (note, this last one was reversed on the final package).

Artist Marcelo Matere has updated his Facebook page once again, with more linework and coloured art for the official package images for two more recent Platinum Edition figures: Bruticus and Year of the Horse Optimus Prime. No silly, that's the original art used for that set, it's no new release. The "Year of the Horse" refers to Optimus Prime only.

It looks like the artwork for Bruticus is backwards like a reverse negative.
