Hey guys, I had my camera out (go check the Junkion Exchange if you need a TM Blurr), so I thought I'd snap a few quick shots at my latest. The only things I haven't done are tweak the door transform mod, given him a clearcoat, and some proper labels. Just for the record, I've had plans for this guy dating back to nearly February of '05 at least. I just had never got to him until a few months ago. He'll be the final member of the "Cybertronian Police" force, though I may do one more police car. I plan to shoot and PS-edit more photos later when I get more time (and have a lot more updates to share). Anyways, here is "Alternators Interceptor":






(No alt mode photos yet, as I'm waiting on designing/printing of the labels for that, plus an update with another major piece).

This is a good kb if I may say so, I can't wait to see it with clearcoated and altmode pictures.
One thing though, the rifle in his left hand, are you maybe going to add a bit of colour/detail work on that? it might improve the look a bit.

Really like how this is turning out! Can't wait to see alt mode.

Hey guys, thanks so much for the props! Interceptor is slowly becoming a favorite of mine the more I work with him (mentally here).

You guys have been asking about the rifle . . . you guys are going to love this: Last December, I found these really generic action hero space guys at the Dollar General (I think some of them still have them). They're $1 ea., the figures are generic, but their weapons are really cool. There are some that have huge cannons, some with the rifle I used for Interceptor, and some with small swords. Each weapon has some painted colors on them though, and I thought that looked a little generic and tacky (the space guys are kind of like generic X-men or something), so I removed all of the paint. I may end up doing some details for the tech lines with a marker or something. I didn't have to do a thing to the handles to adjust them for the Alts' hands either.

I'd take photos of what they originally look like, but I discarded the packages and gave the action figures to the neighborhood kids.

Over Christmas break, I'll be giving a lot of attention to my police Alts, as it will be Hot Pursuit's 2nd b-day (I started customs 2 years ago this coming Dec. ). I'll be designing the labels for this guy and the rest of my squad to sort of celebrate 2 years of Alt customs
