That's exactly what I'm talking about. I'd like to avoid that. No amount of disclaimers can prevent the scenario you mentioned above. I'd rather just not deal with it.

Ryan makes money off of us. It may not have been his intent from the start, but it is happening now. And I dont blame him. But I say if you're gonna make money off us visiting the site, give us what we want on the site.

Because we could all just as easily go somewhere else. We don't want to, but we could.

Google Adsense doesnt pay that much, and I doubt those private sellers do. We suck up alot of bandwidth, so he should be allowed to pay for it. I wish he would have click throughs to Amazon, Target, WM, etc. At least it will fund the site better.

Click throughs to Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc is not where the money is, promise. I gave up a lot of my personal life for the past 7 years to make this site what it is today. I spent about 30 to 50 hours per week working on this site for many of those years. I made a lot of personal sacrifices to make this happen. Seibertron.com does pay for itself.

Yes, that is what disclaimers are for, to re-direct any responsibility from you and to the other parties involved.

Of all the times people have fallen in the skating rink and tired to sue them, no one has ever dragged anyone affiliated with the rink to court because of the disclaimers..

Whatever.. Forget it just let the thread die please.
