who shall win?

The Vicious Megatron from The 2007 movie, just with no fusion cannon or laser weaponry, versus the gigantic pissed off simian, King Kong.

oh easily Megatron. King Kong is flesh. Megatron is metal. What can King Kong do to megatron. I really dont think his jaws can produce enough pressure to bite through megatron

That plus you didnt take his transforming ability He turn into Space plane KK jumps on and then Megs takes him to outer space where KK implodes.

True, also consider that Megatron's strength is far beyond what a organic creature could bolster.

Keep in mind that Megatron is about ten feet taller than Kong. He's also made of more durable material (Metal vs. Flesh, which wins?), and is probably capable of higher feats of strength.
