Classics Dirge, Sunstorm

Animation errors, no matter how consistent are still animation errors. :P

I hate the conehead look. It's the reason I don't plan on buying Ramjet. It looks even worse as a toy, than it did in the cartoon. Besides that, it gives the toy a stubby looking nosecone, and Thrust was always shown with a longer sleeker nose cone.

Yes, Thrust is a cone-head, just like Ramjet and Dirge. Of the six Seekers, three had normal heads, while three had cone-heads. That wasn't an animation error.

Yeah. Wrong terminology. More like an animation DESIGN ... uh... hrm... it's not an error. hell, I don't know what to call it. An animation error would be giving Shockwave two fists. The coneheads were designed that way in the character art for the show.
I dunno about Thrust's vehicle mode being any more long than the other coneheads though. they all had generic middle sections of thier vehicle modes anyways. (animation errors aside ;) )

I am sure he was being funny...thats why he said "no matter how consistent"

I like the cone "heads" in bot mode, but I don't care for the shorter jet noses either.

I was comparing classics ramjet to my G1 Starscream. They look to be about the same hieght and size. would it be possible to modify the G1 seekers wings for these customs or would it be better to custom build? I never liked the coneheads when they were originally released, but I liked Ramjet enough to buy it and I'm planning on working on the other two. I'm still trying to find Starscream, didn't have the money when I could find him.

Does it affect the stability of the figure at all to not have the bar over the cokpit?

Which one? The one in the front of the canopy or the back of the canopy? Removing neither will affect the structural integrity, but removing then will destroy the transparency of the canopy

Starscream is all about whats left around here and have'nt seen any Ramjet yet. If I can only get my hands on 3 of them.
