Bio- The archenemy of Marvelous Man, Dr. Meiji Aku (also known as the Dark Overlord) is the leader of D.E.O. a ruthless terrorist organization determined to rule the world.

He hates the Autobots, since it's there fault he came in contact with that strange goo that came from there ship. This has taken controll of his emotions, making him aggressive and angry, also it covers him up and lets him look like a purple and red guy with a lot of teeth and a huge ass tongue.

And yes he is completely original.

Villain identity: The Erector

Real name: Hugh Jampton

Age: 25

Description: Hugh was a regular construction worker until he was caught in the crossfire between the Autobots and Starscream. An electron scrambler struck him, but as the massive pink bolt thrust it's way inside him, it granted him phenomenal telekinetic powers! Now he uses this fantastic endowment against the Autobots and for personal gain. As The Erector, he constructs proud, throbbing weapons with terrible destructive power. So far, the one weakness of these weapons is their need to stop and smoke for a while after firing one shot.

Here's mine... I rushed it out in a few minutes and it's a little cheesy, but then Animated is all about cheese. Written as a debut episode synopsis.

White Lotus

A charismatic female art thief, trained in the ways of the ninja. Detroit plays host to an art exhibition where the prize exhibit is a beautiful set of portraits dating back hundreds of years.

The city enlists the help of Prowl to provide security for these treasures, as they will certainly be a target for the city's many thieves. While on night duty Prowl encounters both the Angry Archer and White Lotus both attempting to steal the portraits from the gallery and from each other.

Prowl is both surprised and captivated by a human so in tune with their senses and the environment around them. He convinces her in the end to aid him in preventing Archer from escaping the gallery with the portraits.

Unbenknownst to Prowl however she double crosses him by incapacitating him while his back is turned and his guard is lowered with one of the Angry Archer's own enchanced arrows, escaping with a bounty of the pieces.

Prowl feels betrayed and his moody demeanour does not glean any good graces when the other Autobots arrive to check on him. Though he can't help but admire her talents and knows one day the two of them will meet again, and she will be brough to justice.

Cheese in Animated? Hmm...

The Cheesemonger

The real identity of this villain is unknown. His presence is always announced by the strong smell of unwashed feet. His bright yellow costume has Swiss cheese-style holes that allow his aroma to flow more clearly. Under stress, he can enhance his cheesy whiff into a potent knockout gas that will incapacitate any human within ten metres. Against the Autobots, he utilises an array of exploding cheeses, from semtex Mini Babybel against Bumblebee to TNT-stuffed 20 pound gorgonzolas against Bulkhead. The Cheesemonger is obsessed with stealing rare cheeses.

You could have called him Monterey Jack.

See, this is what I get for not eating cheese. Totally missed a gag.
