I need help identifying an old D&D PC game please.

I need help identifying an old D&D PC game please.

Heya.

I tried this game out in an internet cafe around 2006/2007. I liked the gameplay a lot (it was combat round based and had a larger than average character party) and would like to seek it out to try it again- but I didn't play it for long and don't recall much of it:

This is what I remember:

* There were around 5 members in the party that I could create and they always had to be of roughly similar alignments. No matter what general alignment base I chose, tho, the game always made me meet an NPC in the Inn who was of opposite alignment who would then become a member of my party.

*In the first Dungeoncrawl, which was like a ruined castle, there was a bog outside where there were 2 Giant Toads. Just inside the courtyard, in one corner there was a tower with Spiders (I think) in it. They game would let my party opt to sleep in this tower if I cleared it of the spiders. In a room very early into the castle there was a large snake, either a Boa or Python.

*In the first floor underground there was a cavern with a little pool of water with some kind of Kraken-type monster in. This guarded a treasure chest which sometimes gave an Elven Cloak. Further in there was a Bugbear nest and some kind of chamber full of Wizards.

*In the first alternative quest there was a large field-here there was a Giant or Ettin or something who roved around near to his treasure hoard, which also sometimes gave an Elven Cloak.

*The very first time the party returns to the starting village/town, there is a brawl in the Pub/Inn which spills onto the character party. If the party does nothing, they get killed, but if they fight back they get banned from the town. (I think there was an option saying 'subdue' the brawlers, but it appears that I killed them even tho I kept intending to subdue them). I could find no way to reverse the ban from the village so I gave up on the game.

If anybody knows the name of this game, I will be grateful.

Weapon: Twin Sonic Cannons
It sounds like the Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil. I never did get into that game considering how much I had played the Baulder's Gate and Icewind Dale series.
