iGear TF007 - Computer Control Center (Buy or Don't Buy)

I know iGear's TF007 Computer Control Center has been out for a few years now and been talked about to death. However after a year an some change of internal debate I am really thinking about grabbing one. I have seen the reviews on forums and the video reviews on YouTube and to be honest the thing doesn't ever get a very good rating. With the poor reviews my decision should probably be easy but I want to hear from my fellow Seibertronians... would dropping $119 on this set be a total waist of money? If I want to drop $100+ should I do it on something else? :???:

I did have it and it doesn't.

I recommend passing on it.

Seems like there is a concensus on this topic. With that in mind I can think of a hundred other things to spend $120 on that would be more satisfying.

Like one $120 hookerbot.

Or 120 $1 hookerbots.

 Hookerbots would work. Well seems like my decision is getting easier by the post. After all these years of wanting a playset/Diorama that looked like the Ark the one available seems to be crap in a nutshell. :BANG_HEAD:

Not entirely certain the two are actually equivalent. For example I think the $1 hookerbots would have Cosmic Rust and possibly Scraplets

I think it's a matter of quantity over quality.

Plus, what do you expect from a $1 hookerbot? She's only doing it to pay for her way into the Ministry of Science Academy, anyway.

split the difference, one $60 hookerbot, to look at while you do the 60 $1 ones
assembling a Neo-G1/TF:TM cast. Please PM if you have (or know of) the following at a reasonable price: Classics or Henkei Astrotrain, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, or 3rd Party iGear Ratchet and Ironhide.
Also looking for Universe Repugnus and Overbite, Frostbite and Longhorn and any Webdiver toys.

On a more serious note (about the command center), I hear that, although it doesn't hold together well, gluing it helps immensely. After you glue it I hear generally good things (although witht he comment that you shouldn't have to glue something you bought).

Well thank you all for your feedback I appreciate it. I am a hard headed little Kremzeek so I bought it but not for the $119 plus $75 shipping on the iGear site. I grabbed it from a buddy for less and due to that I am satisfied. I just gotta find out for myself how bad it is  I'm weird that way.

let us know how you like it Rodimus. And also if the Control Centre is any good!

I've only heard mainly terrible things about it myself, but it does look good in pictures, so I hope you find it worth your purchase.
