LiveDoor (Japanese) Kitbash/Custom thread

Post all your customized Transformers here. Whether it's a small mod or a true kitbash, we'd love to see it!

Err... it's not a wolf, but it's also not a jet. Don't let that fool you. You have heard of reformatting, right? The name (B Striker) fits the pattern, and the colour pallette is a dead match for Max. I'm pretty sure it's a reformat.
When we start seeing dino versions of Thrustol, Dirgegun and Hellscream, we can count it as confirmed...
Although Thrustol's already a dino... Hmm...

Now, here is a cool one. Someone did a Leader Size Cybertron Ultra Magnus out of Prime and manages to stay pretty true to the G1 Magnus in both vehicle and robot modes as well as Super mode. Check it out—

Oo... just found a couple of new ones.

Classics Perceptor repainted from a full-size CDF Red Alert...

And GF Ultra Magnus. I'm liking the new face-sculpt. I wonder what the inner bot-mode looks like..?

I don't have a clue. I just found it funny. The only bummer is that the construction vehicles don't transform into the individual Constructicons.

They are not scratchbuilt. If I'm not mistaken, the store I work at actually has three of the vehicles as Easter toys in pastel colors. I was thinking of getting them 'cause they looked pretty cool but I couldn't find a "complete set" so I didn't bother.

He also added forearms and a smaller head making him less Superdeformed; less Chibi.Instead of being baby Devastator, it is just kid Devastator.

Cybertron versions of G1 Runabout and BWN Break:

Image

Maybe whoever did this can make a BWN Stampy out of Clocker/Swerve. And Corahda out of Brakedown.

You wouldn't think it, but Ransack makes a really good Break.

Runamuck. Just 'cause Hasbro switched the names doesn't mean you have to encourage them. ;)

That I'd like to see... There seems to a few BWII and Neo customs around at the moment, what with this and BMax (and if you count the official Longrack). What's next? Hellscream from E-Mirage, perhaps?

Personally I thought this custom would seem appropriate for a vehicular Big Convoy:
