First of all,hello everone! This is my first post and if it shouldn't go here my apologies.

Anyway are any of you memebers of netflix? Chances are many of you are and even if your not,you many have noticed that they don't have any DVDs of the orginal Transformers caroon series!
Does anyone know why??? They have all the other classics:Voltron,Thundercats,G.I.Joe,Battle Of The Planets,Robotech,etc
I've requested it many times but never got a response or what I wished for. Are these DVDs hard to obtain or something?
With the first movie out and the second on the way,the orginal Transformers series should be easy to find and watch...right?

That's assumeing any of the original Transformers episodes were made on DVD. I know the original 1986 movie was but I haven't heard anything about the series. Of course I didn't know any of the other series you mentioned were on DVD either.

Oh and finnally I can be the first to say this...

The G1 show was released on DVD here in the states. Rhino released it with 5 DVD sets, and I know this because I own the whole series on DVD. Season 1 was a 4 disc set. Season 2 was broken up into 2 sets with 4 discs each. Season 3 was broken into 2 sets with 3 discs each. Part 2 of season 3 also contained the Rebirth as season 4, so the set was called season 3+season 4. The sets are out of print now so I can see why Netflix might not have them, and as far as I know no other company has released them in the US. If you need proof of existence I can post pictures.

Why would they not make dvd's for the orginal Transformers cartoon?
It makes absolutely no sense to me... I can think of a dozen reasons why they should...
