what is that rod in the vehicle mode? It makes me think of a go-cart or an RC car's antenna. that's a creepy looking head.

Agreed on the head, that's freaky. Does it come from a Borg toy or something?

And as for the rod, yeah, it looks like an RC aerial. Maybe he's been reformatted into a police dodgem?
Either way, it's gonna make it tricky to pursue anyone under low bridges..!

Thanks for your comments. All the extra pieces come from a cheap chinese figure. The RC aerial was originally a flag. I modded the head so it fits and repainted it. Now he can turn his and look up and down.
