Consider this: The Jedi can hold the Galaxy for several thousand years, and the Sith can't even keep it for thirty. Also, the Decepticons rarely ever win.

Decepticons took Cybertron, and kept it for around 20 years, before the Autobots kicked their asses and kept for for a few hundred years.

Likewise, the Sith held the Galaxy for a little over twenty years, then got their asses kicked by about seven people.

It's really no contest.

Assuming that Primus/Cybertron and the Transformers relocate to the Star Wars galaxy, we should first try to imagine how Primus's life force would affect The Force. Also, Unicron would probably follow Primus to the new galaxy. What effect would he have there? Furthermore, we don't know whether or not there is someone like Primus and/or someone like Unicron already in that galaxy. What would those hypothetical gods do about the new arrivals? This is too imponderable for me.
