Was there ever a 4-armed 'former? Or one with 2 heads?

I'm cheating a bit here, because only the shell has two heads.

Dewbot here has four arms.

And Cybertron Undermine's Dino Arms work in both Beast and robot mode.

Technicaly Cybertron scourge had 3 heads if you used his cyber key..
And the Star Wars Tf Grevious had 4 arms.

I have been going through problems with Lyme disease for the past couple of months, which is why I haven't been around. But my recovery is looking good now and I am happy to be back.
