I thought both Takara and Hasbro were being kind of tight lipped about what molds they do and don't have. I haven't ever really heard them say they are missing any molds. They have made mention that some are damaged but they've never really said the molds are damaged beyond repair. I would suspect though that ones like Wheeljack, Mirage, and Sunstreaker to name a few are dmamged or lost due to the fact we haven't seen any reissues of them.

Actually only BBTS has him listed as being modified with an orange cap. TFSource makes no mention of an orange cap. They are currently selling TFC-06 without the orange cap so I see no reason why they would cap this one. I checked a few other online stores doing the preorder for Encore and BBTS is the only one capping Megatron.

I checked around first in the wake of the MP-05 scare to make sure he wasn't capped before pre-ordering the whole set. I have a couple of other Megatrons so if he only came with the cap I would have passed. There's no point in ordering this one and trying to pry it off or paint and mod this figure if I already have a couple without the cap on my shelf.

Most likely.

If you believe all the conspiracies that popped up on the boards prior to the MP-05 it's BBTS's fault for the cap in the first place. I think Counterpunch went so far as to link BBTS to ebay taking down all the un-modded MP-05 auctions as they had the most to gain by it... of course maybe he was just being sarcastic, for whatever reason sarcasim never translates to text very well.

But I would also love a Sixshot reissue. Headmasters made me fall in love with that guy. Such a badd ass.

You're right about them being a little tight lipped concerning what molds are available. That is a big part of the reason why I am hoping for a Dinobot and Constructicon set. I would also love to see them do Thrust & Ramjet again. As I missed out on the E-hobby exclusives from 2001. Here's to hoping. :PRAY:

I love this idea. I never had any TFs growing up, and the reissues were always out of my price range. Now, I can finally get a G1 Prime & Megatron!!

Here's hoping they do Ultra Magnus and Blaster, too (the other two I want more than anything)!!

More Cassettes would be nice. We keep seeing Laserbeak and Ravage but it would be nice to see Rumble and Frenzy as well as others.

I wouldn't mind seeing more combiners either. Even the bad ones are still pretty good. You usally get 5 figures that have there own bot and alt mode and then combine into one big one, you can't really go wrong.

I want Devestator, Scourge & Cyclonus (Galvatron's crew), Grimlock, Sunstreaker (No way in hell...), Wheeljack (No way in hell...), Shockwave (No way in hell...)and G1 Prime.

That is all that I want from G1 now that I have all the figures I wanted as a kid, but never could get because I was extremely poor (Powermaster Prime, Hot Rod, Galvatron, G1 Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, Lazerbeak).

Oh yeah, and REISSUE SCORPONOK, you jerks!!! Brave Maximus gets lonely without someone to fight. He scared all the other Decepticons off...
