What movie is it that Soundwave dies?

What movie is it that Soundwave gets killed and rebuilt into Soundblaster, and is there a version in english?

Its not in a movie.Its in the Japanese Headmasters serries.Episode 2 has Soundwave destroyed if I'm right and he's rebuilt by ep 3.Here is a link to a site that does fan-dubs.They've done at least 2 eps or the Headmasters.
