They will release it in time to go with a new wave of action figures methinks. Christmas might be a good time (the last Tuesday of November maybe?)

With all the tie-in deals they've been cutting there's no way the DVD will just slip onto shelves quietly. If you want to see it again, you'll have to catch it in the theatres a few more times

POTC: Dead Man's Chest came out in May in the theaters and in December on DVD. Revenge of the Sith came out in May in the theaters and in November on DVD.

Given that, a late November/early December date appears to be likely.
