Canada Transformers sightings
I went to Square One today. They have Paylload at Zellers (and I took the one at Walmart). Otherwise nothing I hadn't seen a lot before. No Towlines around.
EDIT: I should note they had the Encore reissues at the comic store at Square One. I think Optimus was about $150, and Megatron around $140. They also had some G1 originals packaged with cardboard, which went for over $100.
TRU up the street (Hurontario & Eglington) had nothing new. If anyone is into Spider-man, the movie figures were half price ($4.99).
(Also unrelated - Walmart had some 360 games (like Call of Duty 3) for $18.98 or something like that so I picked it up. The 360 itself was save $50, and the PS/3 was save $110. They even had a few Wiis.)

Zellers Greenfield Park has the Movie Robot Heroes, if you're interested, Judge.
Enjoy your 20th Prime and Dr Who figures (I wanted to pick up the set with the Doctor, a Cyberman and a Dalek, but I had to buy some Stikfas and was short on cash...)
Also, if you know where I can find a Classics Megatron in the Montreal area, please let me know!

Low prices at Maxi & Cie, Quebec City Canada
Been to Maxi & Cie today and found out that there was a mistake in the pricing of the classic voyager class. I got Jetfire for 14,98$can instead of the 29,99$. There was also Optimus Prime. They were tagged as "Star Wars Transformers".
Hope this can help!:)

That is sick. There's a store here in Richmond Centre Mall called "Soul of Anime" and their prices for most figures are disgusting. $149.99 for Encore Megatron, and they said they had Prime for $180. Suprisingly, their MP Skywarp goes for a pretty standard price.
I just received my Preorder for Megatron from Ages Three and Up, and I paid about $70. They're retailing it at $79.99.
---------------------------
On the sightings side, Ages Three and Up has 1 Encore Megatron, but the box is slightly crushed (figure is intact). They will be receiving more, including the other Encores. They also have a HUGE amount of loose figures for sale right now, someone just sold off his huge collection. There are also a few MOSC Classics and Movie Deluxes.
TRU Metrotown got all the new waves of Voyagers in! Thundercracker, Rescue Ratchet and Megatron. I was told Voyager Prime was there, but he was gone when I went. There was also 1 leader Brawl for anyone interested. No new deluxes yet however. There was a pretty big restock of the last wave of Classics too, if anyone missed out on those.
Zellers still has nothing.

TRU Canada just got the TRU Exclusive Battle of the Allspark Movie Legends six pack. $29.99 + you know what. Picked one up. They had tonnes.
Also should mention that they had Payload and Longarm at TRU but someone had already swung by and scalped all the '08 BBs.

I wound up getting me a Dalek Thay, but upon further thought, I passed on 20th Prime for now, as I'd really like to own the original MP-01 first. I'm weird like that. Besides, after picking up anime Galvatron, receiving MP Skywarp in the mail, as well as preparing to make a ridiculously large Ebay bid (won't say what here just yet out of paranoia), I needed to conserve my cash. But this birthday money will go towards that.
And no thanks, you can have the movie heroes all to yourself. :P Seriously, Ratchet looks like a big ugly neon pile of snot. >_<
Honestly 1337, If I knew where to find a Classics Megs, I'd own one by now - he is the only figure from the line I do not have (apart from the Constructicons, who I do not count). I've never seen him at any large retail store in this city, and he wasn't even at either TRU when I went to Ottawa. I saw one at a specialty store about a month back, but they were charging close to 70 bucks for him, and I had reissues to buy. I wound up ordering him on Ebay, but he never arrived and I'm having the matter looked into...

Happy Skanksgiving to you all!
I ate so much damned garlic mashed potatos and turkey last night.. so very pleasing. On a Transformers related note, my dad brought back Target SS, Target Jazz and Dropkick. Seeing as I've had dropkick for months already, I gave him to my nephew... who broke it in less then 3 minutes.

Orillia continues to be a transformer black hole. Zellers is picked clean. Walmart has only Swindles and Bonecrushers. No 08 BB. No Leader Prime.
Its quite frustrating... every other toy is restocked on the shelf but not only is TF stuff not restocked, the space for it seems to diminish. Bizarre.

*cue Final Fantasy victory fanfare*

Took forever but I finally found him! Picture's not as clear as I'd hoped, but such is the camera phone...
Zellers Metrotown had 1 left when I departed yesterday, along with 2 Brawls, 2 Barricade, 1 Arcee, 1 Dreadwing and 1 Payload.
Ages Three and Up has a couple G1 Repaint Jazz, Bumblebee Evolutions 2-pack x 2, 1 Leader Megatron, various other movie deluxes (including 1 08 BB, last I heard), Music Label Soundwave (don't know if they have Spark Blue), lots of Leader Prime/tiny BB 2-pack, and various loose transformers, including Alternators. Also KO G1 Mirages in black and clear, if anyone's interested, as well as some KO Alt Grimlocks.
TRU had various Real Gears and some deluxes (Bonecrusher, Swerve, Skorponok, Brawl).

The Bay has the Robot Fighters game with OP and Megs from the new TFM. Sort of like the Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots from the 80s.
Also the Bay was having a buy one toy get one free sale. No TFs though. Just crap that would not otherwise move. Some Titanium Star Wars stuff though that peaked my interest for one second and then it left me.

Hmm hard to say where I'll but it now. I'll most likely still stick to Wal-Mart as they have the animated prequel.

I'm pretty sure we get the best buy exclusive Metalic Megs and Ratchet so it might be a good idea for any and all of you to hit up your local fist thing in the am. I think they only get 10 of each.

Does anyone know exactly what comes with the Best Buy set other than the book? Do we get the 2 figures (being Cliffjumper and OP I believe) as the American Best Buy's?

Best buy will be selling 10 super metel MEgatrons and 10 super metel Autobot Ratchets. If you buy both with the movie you save about $15. I think I'll be going to BB for MEgs alone.
