The thing is though - copyright just stops someone else using your stuff, we weren't actually using his stuff just posting a link to it.

No worries. I just know it because I used to write music, so I did a bit of research on the topic. Basically you need some sort of dated proof, such as the date stamp on a photo, or you could mail yourself an envelope containing whatever it is, and leave it unopened (the postal stamp has a date), etc. But of course, registering copyrights is the best way.

Jazzrules, you're correct. So he really has no basis to take legal action. And considering the questionable origins of his figure, I don't think it would be in his best interests anyway.

I like TC's alt mode more now that I've seen a few different angles. I still think the robot mode is ass incarnate.
