The TRU's near me restocked their shelves with a lot of the Blackout/Scorponok 2-packs, so I guess they're still making him.

Mine was in a two pack. At least Scorponok's crappiness is simple and he tends to stay in one piece.

I'm actually surprised at all the hate for him also. I think he is a very cool figure. Like someone else mentioned, the automorph feature is a pain at times to get in the right position...other than that I think he is sweet.
