What are those circlular things near its rear tires? I cant seem to arrange them so that they will fit correctly. Also, the touch the ground so the car cant even roll correctly...

And ALSO! What is up with Jazz's head? Why wont it stay up?? Is there a way to suspend it up and make it stay up? Perhaps something to do with pulling his chest?

Well for the head you have to push the car's roof/top onto Jazz's back until you hear it click into place. This should keep the head from falling into his body and also sutomorph his chest.

I'm not quite sure what you're talking about on the feet though.

Edit: I'm not sure if these will help at all but here are some pics. Also not sure how well you'll be able to see them. (I have horrible lighting.)

look at that one. you see the circular peices on the back of the car? its like 2 flat discs on the bottom. thats what im talking about... it doesnt fit together well, so it wont let me close the back of the car well

you can turn the circular disks a little, it should solve your problem. They are tight, but they do turn.
