What do think would happen when the war ends?Who would win and what would happened to the enemy? who they be included in the peace progress?

I doubt many of the Decepticons would have accepted defeat quietly. Megatron and the rest would probably die before they let that happen.

I agree with Night Raid, Decepticons would never accept anything less than total victory.

In the Beast Wars episode Ravage was in, Primal said some of the Decepticons were granted amnesty after the war's end. I'm thinking that he probably should have said that the surviving Decepticons were granted amnesty.

In the Energon comics, there's talk of Demolishor and Thrust being given amnesty, even positions of authority. I also recall in the War Within series that after victory was claimed by Magnus and the Autobots, a treaty was being signed (before hell broke loose), albeit a grudging one.

you'd probably still have some pockets of decepticon resistance here and there, the ones who didn't agree to amnesity

Yep, the Decepticons did agree to peace in the end, though I imagine all of the leaders were tried for war crimes. Except maybe Soundwave, who may have been seen in BM, but it's debatable. Though if it was him then most likely as head of intelligence/communications he probably had all evidence of his dirty dealings erased so the bots couldn't pin anything on him that ordinary soldiers didn't do.

Yeah. Soundwave's real slick that way. But still, I'd have expected the pockets of resistance. It's the thought that any 'Con in a position of authority decided to knuckle under that floors me.
