So aside from toasted sandwiches, one of my other foods of choice is a nice big T-Bone steak.

Now, being the lazy bugger that I am, I hated cleaning up after cooking one. So I thought I'd try something different one night and decided to bake it in the oven.

Sounds crazy I know but it came out much tastier!

Try it sometime, highly recommend it.

Just a tray with three layers of baking paper (hence the laziness, just scrunch that **** up and throw it away).

Do it at 200-220 celcius, you'll have to convert that yourself.

As a vegetarian (but even before the switch), my annoyance is at 'fake steaks', 'fake chicken drums', 'fake bacon'. Burgers are just patties, and falafel is pretty much the same thing, just of a smaller size/shape, so 'fake' burgers don't bother me.

But why would I want to eat not-meat in the shape of something that is definitely meat? :-?
