Quite a lot actually. Took a little time and imagination to see past the legs in alt mold though. Super slick and tight alt mold and a fun/clever transformation. Bot mode is where the mold really shines. Great details and posability. Skywarp's d co is especially nice. Highly recommend getting at least one.Cyberpath wrote:How'd you like the mold?carytheone wrote:

Yeah, I like the framing, the shallow depth of field, the reflective surface, colours.. and had just watched the brand new Invader Zim film on Netflix today so the timing was right!

I considered Starscream but passed over him and now considering him again for Skyfire. But not sure if it does his character model justice.. (the face is never quite right) might wait for a sale.

Re: What TF is sitting on your desk right now? (Siege Skyfire/Jetfire)
I think this sums everything up right now...
Especially, since my phone can't/won't flip this image the correct way up...
You know, as a kid I never made the connection between the G1 Sideswipe toy my brother passed down to me and the characters in the Beast Wars show on TV, until Michael Bay had Sideswipe as a Corvette.

Really?!? I haven't even noticed there was anything odd about them. The real question is; does he replace MP10 or just supplement?Cyberpath wrote::lol:carytheone wrote:"Just a lil sumpin"![]()

Yeah, they look terrible...
Which is a real shame because otherwise the sculpt looks like a screen capture from every angle.
Don't know if I should keep him and hope for replacement pieces (official or unofficial) -- or send it back and hope for a re-issue.
But other than that I say it replaces MP-10 (I'm still keeping MP-10 though, at least one of them.

That sucks. Can it be fixed with a hot water or a hair dryer?Cyberpath wrote:Yeah, they look terrible...carytheone wrote:Really?!? I haven't even noticed there was anything odd about them. The real question is; does he replace MP10 or just supplement?

I dare not try at this price point. :/
This guy kind of pulled it off (he said that he angled the spikes of the round head a bit too much and went back to fix it after taking the photo) --
He seems to have experience with this stuff though.
While on the other hand, Will posted this yesterday:

Re: What TF is sitting on your desk right now?
I don't blame ya. I've done it several times to various figures and plastics. I've only **** one 3P hard plastic weapon once because I let my focus drift for a few seconds.Cyberpath wrote:I dare not try at this price point. :/carytheone wrote:That sucks. I'm a hair dryer kinda guy, but those things can run away on ya fast. I've heard that very hot (boiling) water works wonders and is much safer. Seems like OP's head is hard plastic and will need a little manipulating. The softer plastics seems to magically go back to their original shape before your eyes.
Definitely a use caution/at your own risk/YMMV kinda process though. I'd dunk that fools ears in hot water in a second though, but that's just me.
