Anyone know what this is?

Weapon: Laser Sighted Lightning Rifle

Okay, I used to have one of these when I was little... but I can't remember what it's called. I juat saw it in a TF Lot auction on eBay, and I really would like to get one again, if for nothing else but sentimental reasons.
