I don't recall Quickqwitch being in "The Rebirth". His toy came out after the G1 american cartoon had ended. Maybe you're thinking of the Headmasters cartoon ? Ive never made it past the first couple episodes of the Headmasters because the ridiculous story lines and horrible voice actors that all sound the same in the English dub.

It was that "Season 5" show with computer generated Powermaster OP and that kid (Tommy) rehashing some of the toons from all of G1. According to TFWiki, it was the Five Faces of Darkness part 2 with a cut scene involving Powermaster OP and Quickswitch:

It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be. At Seven and Three Quarter inches tall, It's almost Ultra scale.

Think it's still too ugly and that's the reason i'm not buying it. Think it's uglier than the 1988 toy.

I got a chance to mess with mine last night. It's no Hexatron but he is cool. My only complaint would be the guns are way too tight to peg in on jet mode. The neo guns fit with extreme pressure. But the G1 style guns are too scary to force in. Im afrain to break the handles.
