If you can't be bothered to read, it says, I quote exactly:
"He has a special punch with the power of a small bomb, carries a payload of mega-bombs and can spew liquid napalm with laser-like accuracy."

Sorry but, When exactly did this happen? Am i just forgetting or is this some long forgotten concept art? I am sure Lugnut never had a job as an anti-fire engine.Oh, and one more funny thing:
"According to show creators Lugnut is inspired by The Incredible" Hulk.

And I think the liquid napalm was also statef back then or is something in his bio or toy box.
