Question about Matrix Blade/Super God Sword

I want to make a Matrix Blade (or Super God Sword as it was known in Japan) for my Omega Prime. I would like to know how long the handle is. Would one of you fortunate enough to own it please help me?

WANT:
* Cyb. Galvatron key, missiles
* Omega Lock
* Primus Cyber Key, coattail panel
* Powerlinx Comettor
* Leader Sentinel Prime sword, shield
* RiD Galvy dragon head, beast arms
* Leader Ironhide windshield, R hood assy.
* Cyb. Wing Saber left chestplate (argh)

Based on photos I've estimated the handle (minus the clips that attach to the crossguard) to be 22.5 centimeters long. Am I at all close?
