War for Cybertron Kingdom Discussion The Beasts Return!

I had a thought about a future Titan Class toy because of course, it's an ongoing topic of speculation. I know it has been confirmed that neither the CC figure, nor the Titan Class for 2021 will be based on BW, and that's fine, because initially I thought there weren't any Titan sized characters in BW...Then I remembered Majin Zarak. That IMHO would make an amazing Titan Class figure down the line, depending on if Hasbro even continues to issue such large toys after Kingdom is done.
Bucket/Want List: Botcon 2016 Customization Class Ratchet (G2 Deco), or Customization Class Ratchet (Marvel Comics Deco) **would also be willing to pay for an Unpainted Botcon 2016 Ratchet, TT Legends Fortress Head (only) with working Electronics
Wish List of Modern Combiners: Road Caesar, Monstructor & Dinoking (proper size to fiction), Landcross, Guard City, Battle Gaia, & G2 Defensor. Wish List of Titans:Metrotitan,Majin Zarak

Also, it'd need some pretty big and strong tank treads to come from somewhere.

Like I said, an effort beyond my means to "cut" pieces as needed. Also the monster mode would be bigger than Haslab Unicron, so while a thing of beauty, it would be ultimately impractical. I would like to see someone's engineering efforts at the 22-24 inch scale however, hopefully in 2022!

New hints/confirmations from the credible Kingdom leak sources, for those interested:
-Earthrise is only 3 retail waves, Kingdom Wave 1 is set to release in December (so the same release window as Siege Wave 5)
-Galvatron confirmed to be in Kingdom, Leader class, with "Multiple variations" (Selects repaint based on toy/comic colors? Energon Megatron homage?)
-Fossilizers being produced using codenames, so far has mentioned "Catbone" and "Wingsaur"
-Titan comes with multiple accessories and a transforming companion that never transformed before, uncertain if it features Airlock ramps
-Deluxe Warpath (the clues were K4P0W and he's NOT Core Class)
-More Deluxe Class Minibots in addition to Warpath, none named
-Core Class Optimus may not be the G1 again (Bat Optimus?)
-Size class of Rodimus was never confirmed, the "potentially divisive" statement was in regard to his price point/size class

I thought this would be the case, the likes of Thrust, Runabout and Bluestreak, which many people think will be part of wave 4, are probably just more hard-to-get exclusives.
-Fossilizers being produced using codenames, so far has mentioned "Catbone" and "Wingsaur"
I wonder if the Fossilizers will be completely original characters, or reimaginings of really obscure Beast Wars characters with prehistoric beast modes from the toyline or Japanese series like Guiledart or Saberback?

If Warpath is around the same size as the Cliffjumper/Hubcap mould, I won't get one. I'm perhaps in a minority, but I think Warpath is better suited to being on the bigger end of Deluxe. The Generations 2010 Deluxe Warpath was great, I'd prefer something closer to that size than the traditional Minibot scale.

If Warpath is a deluxe, he'll most likely be in scale with the show. He was slightly taller than Hoist, taking the 'mini' out of mini-bot.

The main thing I am curious about (and many others are too I'm sure) is WHAT will the Optimus look like? Excluding Primal obviously. Because me purchasing the Earthrise G1 style version is contingent on the next one being vastly different, e.g. Armada Prime or possibly a totally new design (shocking concept I know)

BTW, Core class is said to be a small size, like the old Scout class.

The rumor about the Titan has me a bit concerned. I know some fans wanted a Metroplex redo, and that "rumor" if true would not take him out of contention. Still...I would rather see something new, considering it took me almost 3 years to finally get T30 Metro in good condition for a reasonable price, I've only had it for about a year.

Metroplex with transforming Slammer would make some sense. Even though Warden is out of Transformers Kingdom will still be his line and we all know about his interest in redoing the Titan.

Black Zaraks head never transformed so it could be him. Metrotitan would be cool, not so sure I'd be in any rush to pick up a new metroplex.

While Black Zarak would be awesome, he's more of a contender for first Selects Titan Class repaint/head retool. My bet is Metroplex to be Wardens swansong. I am open to surprises though

Best bet would be Metroplex too, to me that's all but certain.
But, what if, hear me out, the Titan is Tidal wave complete with Ramjet, and his individual components transform, so his titan mode is a combiner of 3 individuals?

If they're redoing titans, I'd MUCH rather they redo Fort Max. Metroplex may be older and may be much taller than his rival, but it's Fort Max who's the more disappointing titan.
Although I may not buy either. Tidal Wave would be cool. I'd much rather they don't decide to redo titans.

Re: War for Cybertron Kingdom Discussion The Beasts Return!
I'd be down for a new Fort Max. I've got most of the Headmasters from The Rebirth and Fort Max would be the hardest to currently get. Plus engineering on this line is a bit better on this line than Prime Wars so I'm sure he would see some improvements.
More than the titan, I want to know what's up with the Fossilizers, or if that is a red herring in the leaks. From the name I'm thinking bones and only Dinobot 2 was bones. I haven't the Japanese Beast Wars so I don't know if there are more skeletons there or not.

According to the leaker, they'll be like the Weaponizers and Modulators, though they'll just be new characters. And Beast Wars Neo had some skeleton features on some figures for "trap modes", but no characters were just skeletons

I understand that smaller characters are redone more often, and legacy characters almost (if not) every year, but for a Titan it should be as once in a generation thing. I still think it's too early to revisit Metroplex, or any other Titan released in the last few years for that matter. To me it would kind of be a slap in the face to all those who got the T30 or TT Legends versions (flaws and all), whether it be the SDCC special edition, or if you got it for $50 at Costco, or years later for $200 or more, I think Hasbro should let it live a little more. I know by summer of next year it will have been 8 years, but as others have stated there is at least one new character that deserves a Titan Class toy (Majin Zarak), along with repaints like Black Zarak and Metro Titan.

I like the Weaponizers and Modulators so these should be interesting, especially if we get some new characters as well.

I don't know where to start with this take--that a character exclusive to a Japanese animated series, that never had a toy, and turns into an aircraft carrier "deserves" the most expensive retail figure, or that people who weren't collecting in 2012 shouldn't get characters because that somehow cheats people who already have them. They only moved a couple thousand units of that Fortress Maximus redeco, but that's the desired future of the class?
Sometimes it seems to me like collectors think Hasbro should just use TFWiki as a production bible, and that just boggles my mind.

Something new over something done is my hopes. Sadly Fort max should have been done right in the first place even though it is still a good toy and as much as I'm eagerly awaiting Scorponok, scorpy has just as much flaws as Fort max.
Commander class may be a better way to go for a G1 metroplex/metro titan like the junior line of old but without the simplicity.

I'll be satisfied if the Kingdom Titan is another Mteroplex, because I never got the Thrilling 30 version. It would be the first Titan since Combiner Wars Devastator that I would actually buy, unless I can manage to get an Omega Supreme between now and next year.
