Counterpunch wrote:Actually, in thinking about it, I'm kind of certain it's those WWI Prowl and Grimlock figures we saw once and then never more.
It would make sense as the line is cancelled essentially, BotCon figures are decided upon way in advance, and two metal figures would probably be equivilant to a 5 figure set.

As much as I would love those molds to be used. I can't see FP getting permission to used a mold that hasn't been produced for the public. I thought FP could only use molds that have been massed released. Can you imagine the complaining that would unsue if we did get those molds. My god, this year's set was the bitchfest of the century for TF's. I can't imagine how the fandom will react if FP gets unused molds!!

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.
Counterpunch wrote:I haven't even decided if I'm going this year.
I think the only way I will go is if the event is in Florida.
It's also really early this coming year.

Even Alpha Trion from this year's set had to come with the silly rubbery plastics on the clear sections like the Hasbro releases and I've been working on the assumption that this was something to do with the more solid clear plastics shattering when being put through something similar.

I agree. Lets not forget the Tit. Arcee and Cosmos prototypes we saw. I would love to see a Classics Sunstorm, Ghost SS or maybe a set of generic seekers.
The Chaos Bringer wrote:My dream is that they'll repaint/tool figures so we could get a Battlestars set including all the characters, including Super Megatron and the generic Decepticon drones.
To be realistic, it will all be movie figures. I don't know what you could turn most of those figures into but some might be easy. For some reason I think Wreckage would make a great Arcee(with a new head of course) and Swindle would make a decent Prowl(also with a new head.)
Of course, I would LOVE if they repainted some Alternators since I missed out on all of them.
