I'm sure a number of people (like me) jumped on the chance to get MP-05 Megs when BBTS re-opened their pre-order. According to the arrival note in the Product description:

Big Bad Toy Store wrote:"For preorders placed October 1st and beyond, the shipment will be arriving in December."

I ordered mine on Oct 1, however I recieved an email today from BBTS informing me that my pre-order MP-05 has arrived, and they have processed my order!

Anyone else who pre-orderd MP-05 Megatron from BBTS in the first few days of October, might want to check their email or BBTS account!

BBTS probably had some extra inventory that ended up being sold on to the later pre-orders. And you got it for the cheaper price!

I ended up getting an unmodified MP-05 new for the same price off Ebay, so I canceled my order with BBTS.

I still haven't opened it yet though.

That's what I figured, considering I'm pretty sure I placed my order the same day the pre-order was re-opened.

I got the email as well. I'm not sure I'm going to end up keeping the figure though, as I just don't think I'll like it that much. I only ordered it because... well, I'm not certain why. But I'll probably cancel it before I have my pile of loot shipped.

Just remember that if it's in your Pile of Loot, you've already been billed, and you'll only get store credit if you cancel... but a MP-05's worth of store credit at BBTS is still pretty great!

Hi.

Have all of you had one already ? if not then you'll love it, it's very accurate to the G1 character and I got mine on ebay about 8 months ago or so, also no friggin orange plug in it!.

His fusion cannon is raised ready to blast and he's holding his pet "Kremzeeek" in the other hand at the moment.

I just left another site as they made me go :BOOM:

so I'm not sure I'll be posting here much but just thought I'd say hi.

True, but I have heard/read that the plugs are fairly easy to remove. They're apparently not set in there very strongly (If anyone can confirm this, I would greatly appreciate it!).

Hmm, I heard they were glued in, how well I'm not sure but if you try and sell the original G1 megatron or the reissues or masterpiece without a plug on ebay, ebay will pull the plug on your auction to say the least.
