Thought I would submit some pics and a review of iGear's Bee01 (not Bumblebee) and Bee02 (not Cliffjumper). I just received them yesterday afternoon.

Packaging: Both Bees are each housed in a sturdy cardboard box. There's not a lot going on, as it's mostly a black box with the figure's name and a silhouette of an old Volkswagon Bug painted yellow or red. Open each box and you see the figure sitting nicely in a pull-apart plastic mold.






Figures: Each figure is Legends-sized. The paint schemes are solid, and reminiscient of G1 cartoon. These figures use the same transformation design and skeleton of the Classics Legends Bumblebee/Cliffjumper. The noticeable differences from Classics are of course the alt. mode (more Bug looking then Classics), more detailed wheels (wheels have ridges in the mold versus Classics flat mold) and new headsculpts. Besides colors, both figures are exactly the same. The figures seem sturdy and were easy to transform, and the joints are all tight. My only complaint is that the arm joints seem a little too low, making the shoulders awkward.




One thing to note is that the package does not contain instructions on how to transform the figures. You can search for the Legends Bumblebee instructions, it's the same thing!

Overall, I'm pleased with these figures. I got both for $30, so that makes it about 3x the retail price of their official counterparts. I think they make a great addition to G1 figures, as I'm using the larger Classics versions for my modern collection. You can also see some comparisons to the recent Legends Gold Bumblebee release and also Classics Cliffjumper (with upgrade kit).




Hope this helps in your decision making. I'm not really a fan of Glyph, so I don't believe I'm going to order Bee03.
