Not one that size for sure.
How about some spare MOTU heads?
Still far too small.
If you could look past G1 you could go out and pickup a Armada Megatron and know how big this guy is. But seeing as you refuse to acknowledge the existance of any other lines you'll never know just how big he is.
If it's the same KO I have it's actually about 25-33% larger than Armada Megatron (although it's 50% the mass).
Energon Scorponok's head would look good on there, but it would be an expensive sacrifice.

Maybe just sanding down the lower face to form a faceplate?
Current Status: Anticipating a possible absence from HMW for a few days after Thanksgiving due to family reasons.

Shouldn't we all lie on the floor or put paper bags over our heads?
Primus knows it would sure help that kit bash to have a bag over it's head!

This is essentially the completion of "Stage 1".

Bitch and whine about the head all you like. I don't mind it. The only thing I might change is to make his eyes a pure jet black.
Stage 2? Already underweay. Two bits done. One is going to look good, the other is probably going to be discarded because it just doesn't really work for me.
Not to mention I still need to touch up some spots. Oh well ... new glasses soon. Maybe then i'll notice spots with my own eyes instead of finding them when I look at the pics.

Or I could simply give him the head off a Marvel Morphing Ghost Rider.
Though i'm not sure if it'll work.

Actually there's no flames. It's a pretty boring head really but it's a nice skull and would suit the character.
But it would need a lot of work to actually look decent.

Finally found some time to get him to a point where new bits can be shown off.
So here's the first of the new additional weapons that have been mounted to the turret section.

****! I thought it might have taken a bit longer than that for someone to guess!

But yes, WH40K. I am going for a WH40K type look, more of a inspiration than a exact look.
But the look is also meant to reflect the bio of him traversing the universe and cleansing planets but taking a piece of that planet as a keep sake. Even weapons.

That will make a totally fraking awesome Transformer.
That is, of course, an understatment.

Maybe, maybe not. I think the deciding factor will be whether I pull off his one unique feature which, to my knowledge, has only been seen in a TF comic once.
And NEVER in a figure (though it would be nice if they did start adding in something like this)
