In an ideal world that would be great, but its one of the reasons carbombya is gone... it would be easy to scam someone. Another reason, how do I know the person I buy the MP Starscream for is not going to turn around and resell? There are certain members who I would gladly do that for, but Im not going to put myself out there for people I dont know who beg in a thread. Some of the people in Carbombya were unloading their TF movie toys for some silly prices... imports are one thing but domestic toy mark up is just silly.

I think tommorrow I will call Walmart's and see if they have him in stock already.

Hopefully they didn't already get him and are now sold out....

It took 6 weeks for some figures to come out here to my region. I have the feeling that this one will take just as long.

If I find more than one I will pick it up and offer it later, but that is IF I can even find the blast thing. Walmart exclusives are not easy to find since some deadbeats love to flip. Are these available online via the Walmart site? Anyone know?

the southern East coast is always the last to get any.. since they are shipped west to east.. we really get the crap end of the stick!!

I checked and could not find it online.

It'll probably be a while until he's in my part of Ohio too, from the sounds of things. I've called (or visited) the Walmarts in Lima, Findlay, Bowling Green, Napoleon, Defiance, Wapakoneta, Troy, Bellefontaine, Marysville, and the store at Tuttle Crossing in Columbus, all with no luck. A few of them have him on order, though, so I've got some room to hope.

Damn. This is the primary reason why I hate store exclusives they get bought up all the time and the only way to get them is to go the evilbay route. Lets hope with enough notice the fans can help each other this time.

Still searching here in NorCal, but not easy since the movie figs here were a total itch to find... lets see if Walmart fares better.

Has anyone found these on the West Coast yet? I'm talking about Cali, Ore., & Washington State. I don't really consider Colorado West...they're more mid-west...same with Texas.

dude I had a scalper guy follow me around the isles in a Local Target, and finally when I got off my cell phone he asked me where I got the exclusive Bumblebee pack that was in my hands.. it was the last one on the end-cap shelf display.. so I told him that it was the last of those on that empty shelf, and he was like:

damn!! I already bought most of the other exclusives, looks like my competitors and some customers beat me to them this time..

I was like, secretly hating on this guy, hardcore, in my mind..

I mean this guy couldn't have been but 45 to 55 years old and shopping for his consignment and eBay business. I know it's not a crime to buy up and make a business out of it.. but that's what bulk shipment and orders are about, not store to store hording that costs regular joe's like me and you an exclusive..

I'm glad that guy was pissed off.. he should ordering bulk from HLJ,Amazon.com, or BBTs, or something... leave the retail to the consumers and fans who don't want to pay a 200% mark up online because you force them to by buying up the store merchandise..if it's an exclusive and you can't get a bulk shipment, here's a hint..

I'd be more than happy to sell a couple at cost if I go to Wal-Mart and see a couple I could pick up. The $120+ price tag on eBay is just ridiculous.

No prob...I think the Marysville store said they had the UPC in the system...if I hear of anything in your neck of the woods, I'll PM you.

I'll keep an eye on the VA wally worlds, atleast here on the Peninsula..that is..

If there are any fans on the south side like Norfolk, Chesapeake, or Virginia Beach please keep me informed..

Or any in the northern VA areas like Richmond and so forth.. that would be cool too..


Also one more thing about scalping.. I don't think it's wrong to buy up to 3 figures of a release and sell 2 of them online..

But I do however, think it's wrong to buy all but 2 or 3 and sell them online at a 200% plus mark up because you bought all the stock for yourself!! that's wrong!!

As others have said, if I come across a dozen of these, I'll buy two so that I can help out someone on the boards.

My take on scalping is this - if you want to buy one or two extra of an item, fine. Just make sure you leave at least one or two left on the shelf/pegs so that at least one other person can get that item. Just my two pennies...

I checked all my Walmarts in Jacksonville, FL where I live yesterday and nothing.

I got on a flight to San Antonio today for work tomorrow and low and behold.....the Walmart on De Zavala (for those in the area) Had put out 2 cases. There are 3 per case. I bought 3. 1 for me 1 for my nephew and 1 for my neighbor.

If my neighbor does not give me the money by Friday I will offer to anyone for cost plus shipping.

I know the site got rid of Carbombya but since you all mentioned the netwrok thingy thought I'd offer just in case.

I want Masterpiece Starscream. The paint job on the Wal Mart one looks really good. It make me want it more.

I am hoping Starscream or one of my current scouts can locate one figure for me.

i called my walmarts again today and they "say " they got nothing.. They are too far from me to actually go and check on , almost 40 min or more and i dont own a car lol.. but ill keep calling each day cause if they get any in ill get a ride and pick up two of them and sell one off to who ever needs one here...
But if anyone finds an extra one beofre me , ill buy from ya just PM me and we can work out the details
