I saw the MP - 05 Megatron will be unmoddified but it has te potential to be seized by customs, is it a sure thing i will get it or should I wait it out?

nobody can say if its a sure thing yet...thats why there is so much talk of modification through other stores. That is also why they felt the need to place a disclaimer that it may be seized in the description. It's a c.y.a. technique.

Considering I have yet to hear a single story of TFC #6 getting seized, I think your fine.

Anyway, just wait till the eBay sellers have him on hand in the good ole' USA, and buy him them. You'll get him cheaper and quicker off of eBay then you will from any online store.
