Also, did anyone find Magnus' hidden explosion mode? You know, from the scene where he's trying to open the matrix and the sweeps shoot him until he explodes? Two things needed to trigger that mode, the screaming face and the matrix with matrix hands. :lol:

The Nemesis crew IS small! Three seekers, Soundwave plus 4 cassettes, Megatron, Reflector. That is laughably small.

And Geno, I know Cobotron would be all over that, as well as our gracious host ;)^

He is heavy and large. Shipping on Devy was around $42 dollars and I had no option but EMS. Mags might qualify for a cheaper shipping method. I'd guess $20 to $30.

Here's the deal with AmiAmi. You CAN PayPal it. You preorder now. They request payment when it comes in. at that time they calculate shipping for 5 or 6 different options. Down sides: you can't cancel a preorder, and you don't know the shipping until they tell you.
They haven't let me down yet, and shipping options are always pretty reasonable.
Be warned, Paypal charges a handsome conversion fee. I have made around 8 to 10 transactions with them with my card, and no issues as of yet.

Do yourself a favor and just keep an eye on that listing. AmiAmi is famous for things spontaniously going up and down for pre-order. And if it is a true reissue, then the other store (like HLJ) will put him up too. Keep hope alive brother!

HLJ does actually have him up. around $125 USD before shipping.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the pre-order prices different (cheaper) than the in-stock prices?

Actually I don't think so. I think they extend the discounts out to in stock items as well. I remember G2 Bee did not sell out at pre-orders, and he maintained his RAD price.

I've been a supporter of Ironhide since day 1, so naturally I'm excited for that. But Sunsurge is another story. Second, please, please, pretty please let us know what you think of "Surgio" as soon as he is in your grubby little mits. I'm still deeply torn between him and spinner, and need a first hand account of awesome sauce or lame sauce. Like you, I fear future price gouging, and don't want to miss a window waiting for spinner to release.

I lurk these threads a lot, and you two jokers won't shut up about Ironhide. :lol:

In the end, I was always probably going to get him, he is one of my favorites. For the record, while I'm not thrilled with the hip panels, the part of this toy that bothered me, and still does, is the gap by is butt wheels. I can get over it. Once in hand pics and videos came out, the positives won me over.
