You shouldn't have any problem finding Retrax. Plus he's cheap. He's also have been repainted so you have options. But now it's to find it at the right price without getting gimped on shipping and such.

Its funny people want him when he's generally considered one of the worst toys in the entire Beast-era.

Seriously, the thing only have good vehicle modes. But the bots are horrendous and horribly articulated. However, the gimmicks are still fun and his completely derpy look is endearing. This guy was never ever buried in storage and I'll keep him forever!

Just looking at this thing reminds me of TJ Omega and 'Plastic Addict'. Anyone remember that guy and his old videos?

Speaking of which, I'd love to see a Generations Classic remake of Armada Sideswipe. They did Starscream and will remake Optimus soon. So why not a few others?

They also did Hot Shot I guess TR Tidal Wave technically counts. And seeing how the new Optimus has Super Mode kibble then hopefully Jetfire and Overload are possibilities.

I also hope for a new Megatron figure using the Titanium series design (the one considered the worst toy ever, not the War Within one). That design is unique enough that I'd like to see what its be like as an actual figure and modern engineering.

I dunno, it's not likely Hasbro would redo that one, but 3P probably would. Not that I'm excited for one...

What I want is a redo of the Music Label line, but with MP figures, or at least MP engineering. Give us a proper Music Label Blaster while you're at it.

Overquoting to say, yes, ACTUAL boomboxes that would be the same size as a leader/MP figure. With speakers like these available for phones that have a surprizing sound and are small as hell, I can see those integrated into the bots easily.

With the MP Lio Convoy getting me in mood to look back at the Japanese Beast Wars I was looking back the Predacon cast and thinking both Galvatron and Megastorm would be neat, but Megastorm is just a repainted G2 Megatron so he's not really that interesting. This got me wondering 'well how could he be spiced up'?

Conclusion: make him a triple changer of robot, tank and dinosaur, referencing both his forms as Megastorm and Gigastorm. But, in general, I'd like to extend the idea of 'but you know HasTak will NEVER make... ;_;' to this: more triple changers with a beast mode in there! We need more of those, damn it!

Based on the pictures above, those Horrorcons are bayformers.

If they could do it leader sized, I'd really love to see triple changers bayformer Horrorcons. Especially to see what designs they would come up with and what engineering magic would they use to make a triple changing movie bot.

Absolutely not. For one thing, I'd like them to have Bot Modes that look like Transformers and not an ugly, conceptually mismatched and overly designed generic robot.

For me personally, having the Horrorcons subjected to the De-Make Anime+ design wouldn't be good enough.
It would be great for the detailing of their Beast Modes to be more in line with the mechanised animal aesthetic of Transmetals. Mecha-King Kong and Mecha-Godzilla should look the part, in the MP line.

I should have clarified. I meant AoE, TLK, and Bee bayformers. Not 07, RotF, and DotM. First 3 movie had insect heads with chicken legs galore. Next 3 had traditional bot appearance but only with hyper detailed features.

Ah I see. My main issue I would have with MP Horrorcons is... Well, the G1 Beast designs really don't hold up anymore. The Dinobots and and Insecticons are passable but the rest, no.

Even this 3P effort, doesn't really either.

Jet Modes will look good in Masterpiece regardless. But the Beast Modes would need a lot more work.

Well, the beasts ARE herp-ah-derp. And that's how they should be. Especially for cartoon obsessed MP. And I bet that's how it will be in Generations too. And that's perfectly fine for those lines because they MUST follow the original designs. Good or bad. I bet even Beeverse wouldn't work because those movie bots are way too classic looking and the beast will have to follow G1 in their derpy-classic designs.

That's why for a new and original beast design, we much change universe. Henceforth the best one being first gen Bayverse. The best universe for a total redesign because they really wasn't afraid to think outside the box. I genuinely want to see how the Horrorcons would look like in first-gen Bayverse. I bet those Horrorcons would TRULY deserve the name then. Just imagine. Licenced vehicle mode. Alien bug like creepbots. And a very glorious beast mode that would look like a scrapyard zombie. We almost got that in DotM with the very great DotM Hatchet:

If they could do that on the scout scale, imagine what they could do at leader class!


Also, the second universe for a nice redesign would be Beast Wars Neo. The vehicle and bots would remain "Geewun" but the beast would be totally "organic". I have no idea how they would be able to make such a feat, but it could involve lots of parts turning inside-out like Unique Toy's Peru Kill.

That's why I put the MP Horrorcons in this thread. As the kind I'd like to see would be an upgrade on what was, not a physical replica of the cartoon.
