I think the Tyranids are better organized.

I wonder where the Zergs would stand? Or the insects from Starship Trooper?

tough call.....as i dont think that anyone has ever seen what an alien looks like on the planet that they originated from...remember that the ones from the films are those spawned from humans, a dog and a predator.
