I don't know if it's already been a topic in here but "Where is our Kingdom fan vote?".
I mean we had a fan vote for each line/chapter since Thrilling 30. Maybe they'll announce it for Toy Fair NY 2021?
And there has been no sign of life of the Kingdom Commander class figure. So my best guess is that the vote will be for the Commander class. We already had two Commander class figures so far so we had a good look at what this class others. I know there have been rumors from reliable sources that it won't be a Beast Wars character but maybe they only saw one of the choices for this class IF it ends up being the class fans can vote for.
Another idea would be a vote with the following options for either Deluxe class or Voyager class:
- Gears
- Polarclaw
- Tarantulas
- Terrorsaur
The first two because it seems they got scrapped from the Kingdom line up and the latter two are still missing in the leaked listings even though it would be pretty odd if Tarantulas and Terrorsaur ended up being the only Beast Wars season 1 characters not being released in the Kingdom line. But maybe they'll appear in a subline like what Galactic Odyssey is to Earthrise.

The Kingdom Commander class figure is Rodimus Prime.

Pretty much all the leakers saying a Rodimus is coming, including some details of what he looks like, and the Commander class slot being conspicuously empty so far.
They have been coy with regards to saying whether he actually is the Commander for Kingdom, but maybe that changed in the past month or two since I stopped following the leaks so close.

I've only seen a news article in here that there's been a leak that there'll be a "Mutant Rodimus" in Voyager or Leader class. But that's the only thing I've heard about it. Maybe it got confused with SS 86 Hot Rod. And a Commander class would definitely be too big for a Rodimus Prime figure. A Leader class like in PotP would be best for him...unless they pack him with a sh!tload of accessories. Like they did with SS 86 Hot Rod.
But there've also been rumors that the Commander class would be Tidal Wave...which I wouldn't mind

So what did those leakers say about what he would look like?

Not every piece of leaker info has been news'd. You'd have had to keep up with this thread regularly in order to be up-to-date on all of the leaker info.Lunatic Prime wrote:Jeddostotle7 wrote:Lunatic Prime wrote:Sabrblade wrote:The Kingdom Commander class figure is Rodimus Prime.

Mutant Rodimus was a hoax from 4Chan (pretty much anything from 4chan is guaranteed to be fake unless supported by other leakers. Commander Rodimus is said to be around Voyager size with leader engineering and a trailer battlestation. Some of his accessories include the Sword of Prima (Regeneration 1), two guns, matrix, and multiple blast effects.
There also is no sign of there being a Fanvote at all, as all Fanvote figures are given a placeholder slot in the line before they're decided and no such slot exists. Even more upsetting is that Needlenose is literally the last WFC Fanvote character to not get a figure (along with Shrapnel, but his T30 figure holds up) and he's nowhere to be seen. Gnaw is in Studio Series and Tracks is in Kingdom.

Yep, what Sabrblade said, not only is not every leak news'd here, but not every little tidbit from the leakers makes it here. The leakers are over on TFW, and their tidbits of info are spread across several threads. It's definitely not easy to keep up with everything.
Also, for details of what he would look like: he's been said to be somewhat more toy-styled than SS86 Hot Rod. Also, his little "cab" part of the vehicle mode separate from the trailer apparently looks decently like its own vehicle; it's not the best looking on its own, but it at least doesn't blatantly look like literally half of a vehicle.

But infos like yours and the ones below summarized as a little intermediate summary/preliminary result would be worthy of a news post on the main page (to me at least). Just to keep the type of fans, who are not constantly watching every possible forum for tidbits of news, up to date.

The thing is, news can only be news'd if it's from an official source. As reliable as these leakers have been, they are not official and actually go against Hasbro's wishes by giving away info that Hasbro doesn't want out yet until they themselves announce it.Lunatic Prime wrote:But infos like yours and the ones below summarized as a little intermediate summary/preliminary result would be worthy of a news post on the main page (to me at least). ^^^This. I didn't realize it when I started visiting this site but Seibertron is like an 'Instagram Influence' of the Transformer word lol but seriously and that means there is a working relationship between this site and official Hasbro relations. And posting random rumors and such would not be to official Hasbro relations liking. That's how Mr. Seibertron and a bunch of other individuals got Kingdom Wave 1 sent to them.

Basically if it comes from an "official" source like a screen cap or photo of listings found in a store computer we'll news it. An anonymous source would have to be very compelling, especially as often as some of these sources that are considered reliable have retracted some of their comments because something wasn't in a photo they saw or whatever, it becomes a bit of a mess for us. Best to leave that stuff to the forums, there's always people here that can repeat the leaks on request.

While I enjoy a good surprise every now and then (and we still get them from exclusives) I can honestly say that a leak has never even a little bit hurt my enjoyment of collecting. I don't think they're providing some sort of service to fans or anything, but I'm not going to condone them either.
Scalpers can go straight to hell.

Allegedly, the leaks may cease after Kingdom since word has it that the insider individuals responsible for leaking info to the leakers have been found out and fired.Hellscream9999 wrote:Sabrblade wrote:The thing is, news can only be news'd if it's from an official source. Putting aside the fact that we are 99% sure who the commander class is, it would be way too late in the game to have a fan vote for anything sooner than maybe the final wave of product. Everything else is in different stages of development or production.

And I am very thankful for that

While I enjoy a good surprise every now and then (and we still get them from exclusives) I can honestly say that a leak has never even a little bit hurt my enjoyment of collecting. I don't think they're providing some sort of service to fans or anything, but I'm not going to condone them either.
Scalpers can go straight to hell.

Exactly what I think.
Perfect example is the just recently found listing for WfC Netflix Battlefield Optimus Primal: I've already been guessing that there'll be one and I'm thinking about cancelling my preorders for the Kingdom version because I hope the Netflix version replaces the blue plastic with grey or silver and might even have more paint apps. So if I had this information early I'd safe money by not rebuying this mold/character. Hack, if I'd knew if there will be Transmetals and Transmetals 2 remakes I'd even safe way more money on Kingdom.
And when I hear about or see these leaks and sometimes even with pictures or early reviews I am as excited as if HasTak would have announced them officially. I don't care who does it. It doesn't make a difference to me. I just want these infos as early as possible. But that's exactly Hasbro's game. give people a great figure but keep or even add some flaws and a bit later give them a better version of it to make them spend money twice or even more times than that. Or don't give them a better version so they never know which figures get improvements and which don't so they have to buy the first version immediately before it's out of stock and only available for high aftermarket prices.

Agreeed!!!! I just happened to luck out in not getting siege soundwave, laserbeak, and ravage by the time I found out about netflix soundwave. Same with siege prime vs earthrise prime. Also why I haven't pre-ordered primal, cheetor, or SS86 hot rod. Also, had I known that an earth mode magnus would eventually come around, I wouldve waited before getting siege magnus. And granted, im grateful that now the struggle is saving money with all the great figures coming out. Its worth the stress compared to previous lines; I maybe got one figure from CW, 1-2 from TR and 3 from PotP (only one of which will be keeping). I respect the relationship that seibertron and other news sites have with hasbro in not posting leaks or anything from unofficial sources (though im not sure how much of that is an effort remain reliable in case leaks are inaccurate), but I also want the best versions available of my favorite characters and if the leaks are helping me to save money doing that, I have nothing to complain about. They honestly don't ruin anything for me, but for those who do feel like the joy and surprise is taken away I do hope they're able to avoid the leaks as much as possible

Not that just recently found (November 15th thanks to CyclonusG1). Part of the problem is WFC figures have the chance of popping up as selects, galactic or netflix versions and that's just at the mo.
Waiting game or buying the best that is available at the time is the only things that can be done. Out of the WFC figures I think I've lucked out and only Springer might have been a waste of money depending on the studio series figure and that it has some more room to be g1 accurate in a furture update.
For Kingdom I think I'm mainly going to be interested in non beasts and beast variants as it holds some savings over getting every MP variant (and the possibility of variants the MPs haven't got).

Has there been a leak or rumor about SS 86 Springer? Because as G1 Springer is one of the few Transformers from the cartoon and movie who has a Cybertronian alt mode. And therefore SIEGE Springer is already pretty G1 accurate. I could only think of a redeco without the battle damage.

There was one that said Siege Springer was being considered for a Studio Series redeco, but we're still at a "wait and see" point for that one.Lunatic Prime wrote:blackeyedprime wrote:Out of the WFC figures I think I've lucked out and only Springer might have been a waste of money depending on the studio series figure and that it has some more room to be g1 accurate in a furture update.

Yep, rumour is just a straight up repaint of Siege so the shoulders in bot mode and copter wing placement etc etc will still be wrong.

Has any figure been truly 100% correct, to all variant designs at once?
