It's already been officially mentioned in his product description that it interacts with a toy that may no longer be available. Not a big stretch to think it will be noted in the instructions even if it is weird.

So I've been spending time with Rodimus and have noticed a few things. The cannon IS meant to store in the trailer, there's a notch on the inside of the front of the trailer that allows the back hinge of the cannon to fit. It's still a bit of a pain to close but it will. Unfortunately every time I slide Rodimus into or out of the trailer the force required causes everything to pop open. Again, after massaging the sides the trailer will stay closed but it is a pain. Any tips to make my life easier?

That Rodimus thing is SS '07 Jazz all over again. People call the toy "crap" because they miss tabbing things in the right way.
Guess the usually unclear instructions don't help.
BTW, I "preordered" my Rodimus at Amazon.ca at 96$CAN instead of 120$CAN (all prices + taxes, of course) while it was "out of stock".
My purchase is now confirmed and the delivery date is set to be around September 13th. I'm looking forward experiencing Rodimus for myself to see what the hoopla is all about.

I wonder if they bothered to fix the legs. This mold looks really cool, but the legs on my Tracks barely hold together well enough to allow it to stand up.

Road Rage looks pretty good. Although I thought they would re-mould a small something else than just the head for a more traditional feminine look, but I dont know what. On the MP figure they did the head and thighs correct?
I always loved Tracks, but his figure has problems. Now mines looseness is fixed and I am way happier. I applied Future Wax to every joint in his legs and tightened the outer shin leg pin(thanks to everyone involved getting that info out there). So much better now and can hold any pose, plus everything holds together perfectly. Only problem I have with it now is all the clear plastic and the worry of snapping something. Please
, stop using clear plastic. I mean anywhere on figures. Paint on the windows, it looks much better and I dont want to see a bunch of robot parts mashed/jumbled up inside anyway. At the very least no clear plastic on joints and stress areas.

There is a do it yourself fix that was posted a few pages back in this thread. Basically the pins holding the legs together weren't pushed in far enough leaving the gap. You can use a pair of channel locks or pliers and a towel or pot holder (something to keep from gouging the plastic) and push them in the rest of the way.

Even the product samples have the crack where the pin in the legs was driven through that Tracks had. Dang.

Again, after massaging the sides the trailer will stay closed but it is a pain. Any tips to make my life easier?
Thanks. I'm doing all that, guess I just have to massage the parts. Although I just separated Rodimus from the trailer now and nothing happened so it's just one of those things.

I just separated both G1 and Kingdom Rodimus and they're both a bit scary to do. They both require (IMO) excessive force, which I believe is bad design. A simple clip and/or button (on the side?) could be depressed to "unlock" the coupling, making it far easier, and intuitive for users to understand the process.

I’m not obvious to the Engineering flaws on this, but I actually really like the bit and carmodes on Tracks and I really like the colors of Road Rage on this. My reminder is set, I will be ordering this as soon as I can
I hope we get a Loud Pedal at least, and I think this mold could actually look really good as Prime-seque Vehicons.
I think I got lucky on Tracks, mine had lids together and stands fairly well. I wish there was a better way to get the foot over the thigh and I wish the arms pegged into something for flight mode instead of just hanging there

Well the catch is on a spring so that's good. I don't see it breaking but who knows.

Might pick up roadrage first and see if I want to pick up tracks after. I'm liking how the car panels colors all match, the wings showing isn't as noticeable as tracks in car mode.

Looks neat, more in Bot mod than alt as it's busy with lines and looks too blocky. IMO

I finally got Kingdom Tracks to replace my old RTS one. I don't mind the ankles, but ...
Is it just me or is the vehicle mode just very small compared to the old one? But I want to know .... is the Corvette just a small car overall? I know it's weird, but the vehicle mode scale matters to me a bit. Not overwhelmingly so, but a bit, so it'd be helpful to know.
