On my figure the joint behind the hips is tight enough to keep it up easily. There is actually a screw there, which you might be able to fasten with a small screwdriver.
Other than that, make sure the shoulders are back as far as possible, it holds better that way.

clips on his shoulders? Didn't know there were any. Mine stays up fine. You do mean the Movie version correct?

There might be another possibility.
The pegs that hold the back panel are the two inner ones. ignore the outer ones, they do nothing.
Maybe you can bend the inner pegs a bit outward with pliers so they hold better, but i fear the plastic will break.
But a tiny bit will most likely be enough.
Or you could apply a bit of glue on these pegs and let it dry so they become thicker.

Those aren't gonna hold him on mine, they appear ti be openings on his back panel so the front and back can occupy the same area, but they aren't clips.

Anyways i never change my to vehicle mode cause i think that he is one of the coolest movie figures there is. Come on two energy swords and a large cannon portruding from his chest yeah baby. All that and hes really possable as well. Overall the best figure released in the first wave of movie toys.
Yup, hes an amazing figure. You wouldn't notice he a transformer if the wheels weren't there.
Only complaints:
-The weapons fall out of the holsters on the thighs pretty easily.
-He can't look up.
-The shoulder automorph thing.

Nah, I do have a problem with my deluxe Brawl. One of his shoulders doesn't fit into its socket properly, and keeps coming back out.

It's a product wide issue. neither of mine's shoulders even REACH the hole

Only 1? then you only got half the problem!

I have not experienced the Wreckage issues myself, Although I have heard about it a few times now. To the best of my knowledge there is not a fix-it solution for it, just like most of the movie lines QC issues.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.
