This episode was better than I thought. I was totally surprized when I heard Swindles voice. And he mentioned to Vok! And it was quite ironic that at the end Swindle would be broken down and sold for scrap. Seeing as how that's what he did to his Combaticon brothers in G1.
I hope we see more of him.

Just saw it! I was surprised...I actually liked it! Mind you, I still find ramming an ice-pick into my eye more appealing than watching the likes of Angry Archer, Nanosec and Professor Princess, I tolerated it to see what they would do with Swindle.....
....I was not disappointed! Great use of the character, including that lovely arm-mounted cannon of his! And that voice...! PERFECT! Sounds like a slick, greasy, weaselly used car slinger...as it should for Swindle! The best was the dialogue between Swindle and Big Megs regarding the sale of his doo-hickey....I was amused!
And the Beast Wars easter egg could not have been much bigger, could it?? I heard mention of The Vok and "Nexus Zero" and nearly snapped my head off my shoulders! Pyro LOVES Beast Wars nods!!
So, all in all, episode was full of YAY!

Re: YTV Airing TFA - S.U.V. Tomorrow @ 11:00 am
Just saw it, and it was great!
I must be one of the few fans who actually enjoys these human villains.
Professor Princess is awesome! That may be influenced somewhat by the fact that I was always a big fan of Rugrats, and so having her voiced by the same voice actor as Phil & Lil adds a lot of charm for me.
Loved Swindle. Excelent use of his character. I'm really liking the trend in this show to have badguys that aren't all just of the one faction. It makes it more interesting having these freelance agents like Swindle and Lockdown, and even Starscream to some degree, rather than just a single team of Decepticons under the command of Megatron.
I'm not a Beast Wars fan, but I've heard of the Vok just through being in the fandom, so that was a nice reference for me even if I didn't have the full background to it.
I loved Swindle's arsenal of weapons too. The arm cannon is great, it's like he wishes he was Megatron.
I wonder how his toy will turn out. If it's as well armed as he was in this episode I'll definitely be keen to buy it!

The episode sucked, ALOT!!!
The Benifactor, even if the toy came with all thpse awesome weapons, the head would still ruin it, so most likely since it won't be that geared up, I'm saying pass.
Oh, and leave The Vok out of this crap, I'm sure they aren't happy about that!

It was indeed Fred Willard giving Swindle his voice, according to IMDb! A great choice for that character....so fitting!

Ah, the Vok. In the right nexus too!
Swindle's awesome. They had better bring him back in future episodes (like they should do with soundwave).

No, Blackarachnia was the first BW reference as she is an organic-tech spider TF.

The head was as G1 as they will probably get! At least they are starting to come down from big chins. I personaly am loving these re-invented chars. Soundwave, Wreck-Gar, and now Swindle are going to rob my money if their toys are just like their counterparts.
Oh, and is it just me, or was Slomo's story as to how she cured Nano-Sec seem implausible as her shard only shuts down machines and not reverse time or reverse what machines are supposed to do?

I'm still woefully behind on being caught up with watching eps, but I couldn't resist watching a few bits of this one for a peek at Swindle. And I thought he was awesomely hilarious... especially the whole car salesman/informercial bit to Megatron. "I could spring a leak, I'm so excited!" I'm hoping he comes back, too.

I thought it was James Wood for awhile. But he does sound like Grim Adventure's Boogeyman.

Hey, you're right! Grim's boogeyman does talk similar to TFA Swindle.

If James Woods voiced on Transformers Animated, which voiceless character would you like for him to voice?

I was a little put off by the very human heavy first half, and slo-mo makes me want to travel back in time and kill whoever started talking like that.
Swindle totally made up for it though.
Season 3 is looking more and more of a happening thing.

Bumblebee was a total jerk the whole episode. Whatever happened to the whole, "setting a better example for Sari" bit? Then Prowl admonises him, as if Prowl is the one to talk...
So I watched the episode between dry heaving from the SUV squishes and cringing as "SlowMo" threw herself at NanoSec.
I really enjoyed Swindle. I also enjoyed hearing Megatron say "scruples" and tell Swindle he would sell his own mother board.

Is it just me, or is the show having some issue with credits lately? Last week, David Kaye was credited for Lugnut, but Lugnut had no lines. This week, Fanzone wasn't credited though he did have a few lines at the end of the episode.
