At the end of 'Partners, I noticed a little message that said 'Directed in memory of Captain H.L. Larry Cullen.' I looked him up because he shared Peter Cullen's surname. It turns out that Captain Cullen was his brother.
Captain Cullen died in his home on March 25, 2011, and his honors were held on July 21. He served in Vietnam for three years (1965- 1968).
Peter, if you ever read this, I'm sincerely sorry for your loss. Captain Cullen will be missed dearly.
