I don't like his toys bot mode, but outside of some retooling, I wouldn't change his alt mode.

A longer more dismembering battle would be awesome reguardless of who the characters are.

As for your idea of Unicron(from the origional post) Unicron is great, but he's been done to death lately, and I'd like to see him put to the side for a while.

However, I would like it if BoneCrusher could break off his back spikes and swing it like a mace, that would be cool

Someone else should break it for him.
