I just read a interview writer for the animated show who said that they were also work on a CG tv special for the new universe line to be launched this fall. He said that it something like when the launch a new pokemon mystery dungeon and have a half hour tv special to go along with it. Well all I can say is this going to be really interesting if it happens. So what do you guys think about a possible CG tv special to go along with the tf universe/classics 2.0 launch.

It was in a paper mag sorry can't give a link was waiting for a friend at boarders and picked the mag up there was this interview all about were animated and universe/classic 2.0 was head and the partnership with cartoon network. I couldn't even tell what mag it was it just something i stumbled on because the mag had a big huge picture of animated prime on it.

Not going to happen. TFA will be all that we have on the animation front. There won't be a classics / universe cartoon.

Not a cartoon just some sort one shot special like clone wars did for star wars.

This is interesting and I hope it's true!
It may connect to that bit of cgi we saw on hasbro's TF site.
But I'm still gonna take this with a grain of salt.
