Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

I just need help from anyone who owns this MP3 player. I discovered upon receiving it that it doesnt use SD cards but the mini ones. So i went out and bought a MiniSD today but i'm still lost as to how to pop it in there. The slot in Soundwave is way too big for the mini card, but its also too small for an SD so the SD Adapter that it comes with doesnt even fit.

I almost got the mini lost inside there so before it actually does get stuck, does anyone know how to properly insert that card in there? I feel like a moron having to ask but yeah. The instructions are all japanese and the images simply show you slide it in like typical SD cards so that isnt any help.

So anyone who can lend me a hand, it would be greatly appreciated. :grin:

If I remember rightly you have to use the mini sd card, so if you have a micro SD card pop it in to the mini SD converter and it should fit. Micro SD cards should come with both the standard and mini SD card converters.

Is been a while since I used that Soundwave but I think thatw as what I used.

ah, that makes sense but of course mine only came with the standard converter, figures. lol

Ok, so I went a grabbed mine to help you out and took some bad pictures, sorry their a little grainy for some odd reason. I always find that pictures always help better.

All you need is the two on the right. Just put the micro in the mini, sounds like you got the micro and a standard sd cards (the one on the top right and the one on the left). You need the lower right one to make him work

Then just slide it into his chest door with the metal pronged teeth of the card towards his face. Push down until it clicks in place. Close the door and enjoy the music....also make sure you put a AAA battery in him. That you have to unscrew the door cover on his back off.

yeah, i didnt get a mini version of the "card holder" with the one i got, just the regular sized one. you'd think the guy who sold it to me coulda bothered to mentioned there were two sizes for it. lol he was very helpful otherwise so hmmm.
