My reccomendations would be:
Autobots
EVAC-Seaking-To give the Autobots an aerial edge.
Hotshot-Racing car(Ferrari?)-Replace a certain character who dies,race around, pummeling Decepticons..

Decepticons
Tidal wave-Aircraft carrier-Could carry Starscream and co. to a beach for attack, and could create impressive action scenes.
Ransack and Crumplezone-Dirt bike and Drag racer-Hotshot's nemesis, not a good reason but they were so damn funny in Cybertron!
Astrotrain-Commercial train(Great western?)-Zooming around the tracks, could kidnap a human, and create a huge crash if he transformed...

I think next characters for both Bots and Deceps, should be bigger vehicles than cars...

I've seen on trailers the difference between Jazz..., and Meggy, I think is? Or even StarScream, the "small car" against a big "jet fighter".

Is ok for the movie, big cars and the truck, but at the side of a tank or a fighter... , think the bots should be in a bigger range vehicles...

Hot Rod or Sideswipe and Sunstreaker would be a popular choice to replace you-know-who. Plus there isn't a hothead in the movie.

Arcee could be Mikaela's car.

Jetfire would be a good choice for an aerial bot.

Here's a rather strange thought: Mirage as a stealth jet. Naturally stealthy AND sleek in design. It could work.


Galvatron or a new Megatron design, naturally.

Everybody loves Soundwave and we need him!

The Constructicons could cause MASSIVE DAMAGE! And Bay loves big explosions, so they're likely to be in it.

Autobots:

Mirage, for Stealth Purposes
Prowl, for Spying on Barricade
Silverbolt, for Spying on Starscream
Blaster, to counter the upcoming Soundwave.

Decepticons:
Shockwave, hopefully to kill "Sam" and his stupid girlfriend.
Thundercracker and Skywarp, for obvious reasons
Laserbeak, cos you can't have Soundwave, without Laserbeak.


Apparently, Soundwave's gonna be in the next movie, which is why I've stated Soundwave for 2 reasons for character being in the movie.

i think for the autobots they should have

Grimlock but not as a dinobot make him something random and different like cybertron tank or something kinda like that had with megatron .
