Who/what is Tsu? I heard the name mentioned by Rated X in response to a post by Delta Magnus, and I was wondering who he/she/it is.

Tsu was another user that rated X used to clash with all the time. Though with the personalities on this site, sometimes I think we should have a soap opera just spoofing events
