TF PC game wont install, wtf

autoplay doesnt do anything, nothing shows up when i cheq teh disc drive, most i get is a strange buzzing sound when i put teh disc in. my computer is gradually becoming less valuable to me because of this, :-x :-x :-x so any help would b much appreciated

seriously, part of me wants to throw my pc through a window :-x
