Or better yet, sticking with the original plan of having 4 full waves, instead of making them all retailer exclusives.

Re: Transformers War for Cybertron: Earthrise Discussion Thread
EB Games happened to have Trailblazer in the other day and I impulse bought him. I liked him more than I thought I would, especially since I think his vehicle mode scale is better than T30. And now I want Hoist, who shelfwarmed everywhere for the longest time .... and is now nowhere to be found, except online. Geez.
On a sidenote I pulled out the old TFC version of Air Raid and he's only a head taller in robot mode with plane mode being exactly the same size as the ER Seekers. So, if I ever want to display the Seekers with the Aerialbots I'm glad I have one that fills my desire to have similar vehicle modes be a similar size.

Maybe this is more a 3P post, but this 3D printed upgrade kit is superb and really nail in the fact that Arcee is one of those ULTIMATE shellformer, where the bot is basically wear an altmode suit with no parts whatsoever of the bot contributing to the vehicle. Hell, even Cybertron Trunderblast bother to make some efforts with her feet.
Still, this make for one funny and cool display:

And for once, Arcee look alive and sexy from the back, not like a rotting tree stump with a huge fungus growing on it. Plus, the vehicle is just empty from the back instead of showing "robo-guts".

Love it!

Do you know if they're doing these for Lifeline? I don't have a 3D Printer and my Lifeline's kibble snapped a panel off on the second transformation (to add insult to a bad transformation). So I keep her backpack together with a rubberband and scotch tape.

Oh also as a word of warning to anyone else, Lifeline's white plastic is weaker than her mint green plastic and doesn't bond well with superglue... guess what the frame is molded out of!

Yeesh. My condolences.
Unfortunately, no Lifeline kit yet. But it's the same mold so you can still order the ER Arcee upgrade kit then paint it yourself. You'll have to use your artistic skills to match the colors perfectly.
Good luck!

Yes, time and space are definitely a challenge. My first attempt showed me I'm going to need more room, and possibly re-do the air-lock portion.
It took me 2 weekends and calling upon all my mad Tetris skills from my youth, but here we go, I somehow managed to fit everything I have from Titans Return and WFC onto the table. I actually love it. I have a complete Air-Lock loop through OS and Scorponok and a big TR horseshoe from OS around through Trypticon and ending at Fort Max. If I didn't sell off regular leader PMOP or Primitive Skate Prime, I might have been able to complete a loop back to OS. Of course, on the flip side if I didn't sell off Grand Max then everything would have been onto the floor. It actually hurt a little when I sold them off, but this tells me my collection is right sized, and also that I have no need or room for the overpriced Commander Rodimus trailer. Next up will be populating the city with all the titan/prime/battle/micro/T30 target masters and weaponizer partners.

Wow those are amazing! I love it. I understand the desire to streamline a collection, but it gives me some idea. You have multiple Quintessons, Modulators and platform BMs. Mine will have only one of each modulator and platform BM, but no Quintesson. Conversely, mine will include Grand Max and Shreddicus Maximus, so there is that.
We just bought new furniture, so the old furniture is on the patio until we can find someone to come pick it up. Plus with the weather being so unpredictable, I'll probably just wait until late Spring/Summer to try to put all mine together.
I agree Kingdom Rodimus is not essential, but if it happens so be it.

Thanks, the one part that became the game changer for me was using the three 6-changers back to back to back. They generally are a pain to connect to just about anything else, but they actually connect to each other really well, and you can kind of accordion them cover a decent amount of space and curve in either direction. Also handy was finding out the Sky Shadow/Overlord/Dai Atlas mold is just tall enough to connect to OS if you point the foot straight up.

Depending on how big it ends up being, you might be able to squeeze roddy's trailer into that gap between scorp and OS, but it'll be close either way.

On Ebay this week I noticed an auction for the Dirge and Ramjet twin-pack, opened but everything was still there, so I thought "Eh, why not? I'll watch this auction". Once it got over £100 really I should have unwatched it and moved on, buuuuuut... I snuck in the winning bid seven minutes before the auction ended. That £172 really should've gone towards rent and bills, but I'm not exctly desperate for money right now, and at least I'll have Dirge and Ramjet soon.

If you can afford it, why not? I'm not sure how rare they are, but I know the ER voyager seeker mold is very good. All 6 of them together on a shelf is a beautiful sight. Now if only Hasbro would release Sunstorm in that mold it would be great.

At this point, I'll even take Sunstorm in the Siege mold if not Earthrise, just so long as he gets made (and is colored good and proper like).Rodimus Prime wrote:Now if only Hasbro would release Sunstorm in that mold it would be great.
