Don't know if this has already been brought up as I'm pretty new...but who do you think had the coolest Transformation?

I'm going with Ratchet, since he had to keep turning himself around to get himself where he needed to be. Prime's was cool, but damn it took a long time! Guess maybe that's the point...

I liked the transformation of Blackout at the beginning, right before he layed waste to the air base.

Easily one of my favorites bits of the film. His transformation to Pave Low was also cool in the final battle.

Bonecrusher for me. Of course visually, but the violence in his voice is waht did it for me.

Optimus' high-speed transformation on the highway

Bonecrusher's was good, but I liked Barricade's semi-mid air dash transformation when he was chasing Bumblebee. It was just awesome...transforming then instantly giving chase.

Jazz's intro transformation was nice too: I loved the breakdancing move near the end of his.

I'm going to give a second for Barricade's running persuit transformation. I almost cackled at the awesome of it.

I loved how megatron and starscream would fly in as a jet transform in mid- air and then bash someone

I also liked bonecrushers 80mph transformation on the highway...sweet

I just wish they had that classic transforming sound. It was in the movie trailer when Optimus finished transforming and I was ecstatic. Then the movie relegated it to the cellphone bot in the chamber. Why? Did they think it would in any way make the film look stupid? I hope we hear in in TF2 more.

actually you can hear it when blackout transforms the first time and when ironhide transforms and dodges missiles in mission city, you just hear it in slow motion there.

Blackout's was the best one IMHO. At the base and the street. Second would be Prime.

JAZZ was the best, you cant top a breakdance transformation!


Speaking of Ratchet, he reminds me of optimus primal from beast wars when he turned his body around in transformation

Worse transformation...Rachael Taylor not even attempting to hide her Australian accent.

It could of been intentional. Just usually if Australian actors keep their accents there is some reference to them being from Australian. As I recall the secretary of defence's aide says they were recruited right out of high school so I was expecting her to play an American.

I just think that if the accent (or lack of an american one) is intentional atleast give us some reference to prove it.

I almost peed my pants when I heard it, too.

Barricade's midair transformation was pretty excellent. I also liked the first transformation from the Saleen, because it was a pretty clear shot and "ARE YOU LADIESMAN TWO ONE SEVEN??!!!" was hilarious.

I also really liked Starscream's reverse-leapfrog he was playing with the fighters...transform to robot, bounce off the building, and back into figher mode.

I also liked the one you didn't see - I can't remember if it was Jazz or Ironhide (they look so much alike, I know......but I've slept since then) who drove behind a pillar and came out in robot form.

i/d have to say when Blackout is flying in the city then transforms.. And when optimus was on the freeway, transforms, slides, then is tackled by Bonecrusher

It was all incredible. When Barricade turns back into the car and immediately gave chase, the audience erupted in cheers. I wish they hadn't shown BB's transformation in the previews, because I would've enjoyed that more. I have to say that I also liked Barricade's spinny weapon (does anyone know what he said to Bumblebee?). Also, you know Bonecrusher is feeling badass when he's tossing cars aside with his claw thing.

But back to Transformations...I did like how Prime looks when it shows his face for the first time, how he pulls his head back as the parts of his face come completely together. Lots of geekgasm moments to be had by all.

yeee, that is like my favourite part. that chase..wow, i love it. ye the audience at my theatre started cheering too when it started it was so awesome. its kinda hard to tell what he says to him tho. it sound something like 'this ___is for ___" lol..soo thats not much there.

The five best transformations for me:
5.Jazz's breakdance ('nuff said).
4.Megatron's escape from inside Hoover Dam (awesome shot of him transforming, then twisted as he flew through the tunnel).
3.Bonecrusher on the highway (awesome camera shot).
2.Blackout's attack on SOCCENT (the sudden halt of his rotors sent chills).
1.Starscream's attack on the Raptors (that scene defined the term "robots in disguise" for me).

Honorable mentions:
-Brawl's first and only transformation.
-Optimus Prime's transformation as he faces Megatron in the final battle.
-Ironhide's whole slo-mo transformation.

1) Jazz Breakdance transformation
2) Barricade at the beggining (Had the original sound for some reason kida funny)
3) Bonecrusher on freeway
4) Scarscream (whole movie)
5) Optimus on free way

I like when Barricade goes ape and transforms in the garage.
In unrelated news, I like watching bonecrusher get decapitated. I actually laughed.

Yeah, I'd have to say Optimus' high speed transformation on the highway before his batte w/ bonecrusher. Bad A$$!
